Trotter's Independent Condiments has been producing small-batch jarred and bottled foods — from jams, jellies and chutneys to salad dressings, vinegars, sauces and fermented foods — since 2009, from our kitchen in Kirkcaldy. We work with food businesses across the UK, supplying retail, hospitality and foodservice customers, as well as providing contract manufacturing for brand owners. All products are crafted to the highest standards under our SALSA certification.

Under new ownership, we're continuing that tradition — with fresh energy and the same commitment to quality that Trotter's is known for.
