With the abundance of soft fruits in Fife during the summer, it’s hard not to take advantage and make jam. Our fruit comes from Blacketyside fruit farm just 9 miles away from our kitchen and, like with all our products, we’re using British sugar made from British sugar beat. So, unlike most jams, ours is 100% British.
What it is…
Natural and traditional small batch jam.
Toast and crumpets at breakfast, scones and hot cross buns (but only when it’s Easter) or as a filling for a Victoria sandwich.
